Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail (please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox). This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will submit the order for shipment, upon release of the tracking number to us, from our supplier.
Order Shipment:
Our payment processor will charge your card upon placement of your order. If available at our suppliers warehouse, your item will ship within 3 - 10 business days from the date of your order. We will send your tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within eight business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@playera.com
Cancellations & Refunds:
When cancelling an order and or requesting a refund, please ship said item back to our supplier; upon receipt of the returned item to our supplier, your refund will then be release. Return requests must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving purchased item. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card. Returned items must be returned back to our manufacturers warehouse, in new condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, your refund will be released. This process typically takes 3 - 10 business days depending on how quickly your return is received.
